FURTHERMORE, BY PURCHASING AND USING THIS PRODUCT, YOU SHALL AND DO HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD ILLUMINATE APOTHECARY LLC FREE AND HARMLESS FROM ANY LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, FROM ANY THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THEIR PROPERTY, AND ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE APPLICATION OR USE OF ANY PRODUCT. FURTHERMORE, ILLUMINATE APOTHECARY LLC SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR DUE TO MISUSE OF ITS PRODUCTS OR RELATED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY WITH CANDLE BURNING.
4. ORDER PROCESSING, SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times are posted on our website and may vary seasonally.
Once an invoice or order has been accepted and processed, cancellations or refunds are not possible, except where required by law.
We are not responsible for delivery delays once the order has shipped.
If an order arrives damaged, please contact us via our contact page for resolution.

The Illuminate Apothecary mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Illuminate Apothecary (“Illuminate Apothecary,” “we,” or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”).
We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Illuminate Apothecary’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Illuminate Apothecary through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if it’s registered on a Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic dialing system or other technology.
Service-related messages may include order updates, alerts, and account notifications. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that participation in this program is voluntary and not a condition of any purchase.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
