Mental Health Update

It's been a while since I last caught up with all of you on TikTok Live, and boy, do I have some news to share! So, let's kick back, light up our favorite candles, and dive into what's been happening in my world.

You know how life can sometimes throw unexpected curveballs, right? Well, one of those curveballs hit me in the form of my mental health. But hey, I've been putting in the work, and I'm happy to report that things are looking up. Mental health is a journey, my friends, and it's all about making progress, one step at a time.

Now, here's the juicy part. My doctor thought it would be a brilliant idea to increase my medication and solve all my problems. But guess what? That plan backfired big time. Instead of feeling better, I ended up feeling worse. Like, seriously, doc, what were you thinking? So, we decided to switch things up and explore other options.

That's when the idea of a gene test came up. We wanted to figure out which medication would be the superhero I needed. But while waiting for the test results, I decided to take a leap of faith and ditch my medication altogether. And guess what? It's been surprisingly good! My appetite's back, my mood's lifted, and life feels a little brighter. Of course, we're keeping a watchful eye on things, but for now, we're giving this medication-free journey a shot. I'll be sure to keep you all in the loop on how it pans out.
